Sabres to auction Skills Challenge jerseys

Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Buffalo Sabres Foundation

The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team is holding an auction for the jerseys, pant shells and socks worn by players in the Sabres Skills Challenge presented by New Era. The auction will be held at Auctions.NHL.com starting today, Monday, Jan. 6 at 4 p.m. and run until Sunday, Jan. 12 at 9 p.m.

The jerseys were modeled after the jerseys worn by players from the Campbell and Wales Conference teams at the 1978 NHL All-Star Game in Buffalo. All jerseys will come with a certificate of authenticity and proceeds from the auction will benefit the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.
