Sabah: Skating Athletes Bold at Heart
  USA Hockey: National Disabled Festival

During the weekend of March 20-22, more than 1,500 athletes and volunteers will be in Buffalo for three different hockey and skating events: the USA Hockey National Disabled Festival; the 31st annual SABAH ice show, and the Willie O’Ree Skills Showcase for inner-city kids.

Three local groups have joined forces to present these events: SABAH (Skating Athletes Bold at Heart), Hasek’s Heroes and the Buffalo Sabres sled hockey team. Over the past four years, the Buffalo Sabres have donated more than $100,000 to these three organizations.

HSBC Arena, Amherst Pepsi Center and Bud Bakewell Arena will all serve as venues for the various events.
