BUFFALO, NY - Tuesday’s “Kraft Hockeyville 2008” game between the Buffalo Sabres and Montreal Canadiens will be televised live on the NHL Network. Game time is 7 p.m. from Roberval, Quebec.

The Sabres and Canadiens will face off in Roberval’s Benoit Levesque Arena for a preseason game as part of the “Kraft Hockeyville 2008” celebrations. Roberval was the winner of a contest that was held to find Canada’s most passionate hockey community. After 1.8 million votes across Canada were collected to assemble the five finalist communities, Roberval was selected by capturing the majority of the over 5.5 million phone and online votes during the final week of voting in March, 2008.

The Sabres will open their home preseason schedule on Saturday, September 27 against the Toronto Maple Leafs at 7 p.m. The Sabres will play their second and final home preseason game Sunday, September 28 against the Minnesota Wild with a scheduled start time of 7 p.m.
