The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team is holding a game-worn jersey auction that is currently running on sabres.com/auction until Sunday, December 11 at 9 p.m. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.
The jerseys available for bidding include set three of the game-worn home jerseys from the 2015-16 season, highlighted by Jack Eichel and Ryan O'Reilly. All jerseys will come with a certificate of authenticity.
The Buffalo Sabres Foundation is a New York State not-for-profit corporation, qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and qualified as a public charity. The Buffalo Sabres Foundation was established in 1995 and reinvigorated in 2011 following the acquisition of the Buffalo Sabres by Terry and Kim Pegula.
