The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team is holding a game-used goalie pad auction that is currently running on auction.NHL.com until Sunday, Feb. 21 at 9 p.m. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.
The pads available for bidding include sets of game-used pads from previous Sabres’ seasons, including pads from Jhonas Enroth, Anders Lindback, Matt Hackett and others.
The Buffalo Sabres Foundation is a New York State not-for-profit corporation, qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and qualified as a public charity. The Buffalo Sabres Foundation was established in 1995 and reinvigorated in 2011 following the acquisition of the Buffalo Sabres by Terry and Kim Pegula.
