If the AMP Energy NHL Winter Classic has to be postponed on January, 1, 2008, the game will be rescheduled for 7 p.m., ET, on Wednesday, January 2, at Ralph Wilson Stadium, the National Hockey League announced today.

Those holding tickets to the game on Jan. 1 are strongly encouraged to retain their tickets until the conclusion of play. In the event the rescheduled game becomes necessary, those tickets would be required for entry Jan. 2.

Those attending the Winter Classic House Party are also encourage to keep their ticket stubs.  In the event of a postponement,  the Sabres will be again opening HSBC Arena to fans who purchased tickets.  Entry will require a previous House Party ticket stub.
