October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Supercuts is celebrating by holding their first ever Clip for the Cure event on Sunday, October 10. That morning, dedicated stylists are giving $10 haircuts to support The Regis Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.
All month long, the three Supercuts locations are also selling limited-edition pink products, including tote bags, tumblers and pins.

In 1990, Regis Corporation began efforts to raise awareness of breast cancer research, education and prevention. The Regis Foundation for Breast Cancer Research provides support for early diagnosis, prevention, treatment and a cure. According to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, more than 200,000 new cases of breast cancer will be diagnosed in American women in 2010. One in eight women is at risk of getting breast cancer in her lifetime.
