Sabres to debut new black and red 3rd jersey this season

What's old is new again.
The Buffalo Sabres have announced that the organization is adding a new black and red third jersey to its uniform set.
The team will wear the third jersey, which is modeled after the primary uniforms the Sabres wore from 1996 until 2006, for 12 home games during the 2022-23 campaign.

The new jerseys will feature a redesigned white bison head on the crest. The logo was revealed in a video released on the club's social media channels Wednesday:

The new uniform will be fully revealed in early November. Stay tuned for details regarding on-sale dates for the jersey.
Fans will receive their first on-ice look at the third jersey during '90s Night on November 23 against the St. Louis Blues at KeyBank Center.
Full-Season, Half-Season and Quarter-Season ticket plans are on sale now. Mini Packs will go on sale August 31 and Single Game Tickets will be made available to the general public starting September 6. Click here for more information.
