BUFFALO SABRES FOUNDATION TO DONATE $10,000 TO THE THEATRE ALLIANCE OF BUFFALO

The Buffalo Sabres Foundation announced today that forward Paul Gaustad will be on hand this Monday, June 22, to present a check for $10,000 to the Theatre Alliance of Buffalo at their annual season-end wrap-up celebration. The event will take place at the HSBC Arena Harbour Club from 5-9 p.m., with the check presentation scheduled to happen between 5:45-6:15 p.m.
The Theatre Alliance of Buffalo (TAB) is a consortium of Western New York professional theatre companies dedicated to promoting the welfare of its member organizations and appreciation of the art of theatre.
“The Buffalo Sabres are proud to support the efforts of TAB and the great strides they have made over the past year,” said Buffalo Sabres Managing Partner and Minority Owner, Larry Quinn. “We recognize the importance cultural activities have within the WNY community and the role that TAB plays in promoting such activities. Through our tremendous fan support of events such as our Ronan Tynan concert series, we are pleased to be able to participate in such initiatives.”
Randall Kramer, exiting TAB President, stated “We are grateful for the visionary support of Larry Quinn and the Buffalo Sabres. We welcome Paul Gaustad to our celebration and we look forward to continuing to weave theatre into the community fabric of Western New York.”
The Buffalo Sabres Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit foundation that is committed to enhancing the quality of life for the Western New York region. In the process, the foundation strives to assist worthwhile organizations that make this region a better place to live and work. The primary focus of the foundation is to assist youth hockey initiatives, children's health and wellness initiatives, specifically those that serve the underprivileged and handicapped, and to provide support to non-profit organizations and groups that provide vital services to those in need in our community.
