Upgrade your tickets and your experience at Little Caesars Arena

The Red Wings are offering seat upgrades for previously purchased tickets and incredible experiences at Little Caesars Arena when you download The District Detroit Mobile App. Once in the app, select "Upgrade Experience" on the Today tab inside of the app to learn about the available upgrades.

The District Detroit Mobile App is available for iPhone and Android phones. You can also access upgrades when you sign up online by clicking the red button below. 

When you sign up for Experience The Upgrade, you will receive a text message alert when upgrades are available for purchase.

 

 

Please Note: Upgrades are available for unused lower level seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Upgrades are subject to availability and will vary per game.

Download either The District Detroit Mobile App, presented by XFINITY, or the NHL App. In The District Detroit Mobile App, select "Upgrade Experience" on the Today tab. In the NHL App, select "Experience The Upgrade" in the Tickets menu.

Both apps are available for iPhone and Android phones. You can also access upgrades by visiting redwings.expapp.com on your smartphone browser.

The upgrade platform is supported by iPhone and Android phones only. iPads, iPods and BlackBerrys are not supported.

Show your upgrade on your phone to the usher in your new section and head to your new seats.

Go back to the "Upgrade Experience" in The District Detroit Mobile App or the "Experience The Upgrade" section of the NHL App and sign in using the same email address you used to make your purchase.

Yes. The seat upgrades are upgrades only and do not grant access to Little Caesars Arena. Present your original ticket to enter the arena.

Yes. A receipt is automatically sent to your email address.
