DETROIT - Fans are invited to the inaugural "Women of Hockeytown" Panel and Networking Event, presented by Chevrolet, prior to the Detroit Red Wings game against the Washington Capitals on Saturday, March 28 at Little Caesars Arena. As part of the organization's International Women's Day celebration, the Red Wings also unveiled dates for upcoming programming to engage and provide opportunities for their female fan base.
For a $20 donation to the Detroit chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE), fans are invited to hear from an esteemed panel of female executives and leaders in the sports industry. Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be offered.

The Red Wings also announced enhanced girls' hockey programming for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. The team's wildly popular spring "Little Wings" program will run from May 1-June 6, with registration beginning on Friday, March 13. In addition to the co-ed programming, multiple girls-only sessions will be offered for Little Wings.
Due to popular demand, the Red Wings' 2020 Girls' Hockey Youth Camp will return from August 3-5, while the annual Girls Hockey Jamboree will take place in October, with exact dates still yet to be determined. To learn more about Red Wings youth hockey programming, click here.
