Wings, DraftKings announce partnership

DETROIT – The Detroit Red Wings today announced a partnership with DraftKings, the official daily fantasy hockey game of the National Hockey League (NHL), to become the official daily fantasy sports partner of the Red Wings. Through the partnership, fans will have the opportunity to compete for Red Wings tickets, postgame player meet-and-greets, Zamboni rides and additional exclusive Red Wings experiences.

Fans can access the free daily fantasy hockey contests on through the Red Wings social media channels on select dates throughout the season. Participants will then be able to select a nine-member NHL fantasy roster for their chance to win exclusive Red Wings prizes.

As part of the agreement, DraftKings will receive prominent brand placement across the Red Wings digital platforms. In addition, DraftKings will be featured on in-arena signage throughout Joe Louis Arena, including dasher boards and in-bowl LED signage.
