Wings announce preseason schedule
by John Hahn / Detroit Red WingsDETROIT -- The Red Wings today announced their return to the ice with their 2011-12 preseason schedule. The home lineup includes two Friday night contests vs. Philadelphia and Toronto and two Sunday afternoon tilts vs. Chicago and Pittsburgh.
The road swing includes a special contest vs. the Flyers in London, Ontario, at the John Labatt Centre.
On-sale dates for individual preseason games have not been announced.
