Tickets for Yzerman dedication on sale

by Staff Writer / Detroit Red Wings
Steve Yzerman accepted his third Stanley Cup from Commissioner Gary Bettman on June 13, 2002.
DETROIT -- Be there for a private appearance by Steve Yzerman at the City Theatre as he reveals his jersey number plaque, which will join the other retired jersey plaques in Hockeytown Cafe's lobby.

The celebration will take place Tuesday, January 2 with theatre doors opening at 5 p.m. The ticketed event will allow fans to enjoy the same great giveaways as those at Joe Louis Arena -- including an 18-inch mini replica No. 19 banner sponsored by Fifth Third Bank and Belle Tire -- while watching both the pre-game ceremony and game (Red Wings vs. Anaheim Ducks) on a large projection screen.

Don't miss the opportunity to enter a drawing for an autographed Steve Yzerman Jersey! Tickets are $25 and are on sale now at the City Theatre, Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena box offices, Hockeytown Authentics in Troy, and at all Ticketmaster locations, including Macy's.
