Tickets available for families in need

DETROIT -- The Red Wings are offering a limited number of complimentary tickets to two pre-season games, this Wednesday against the Philadelphia Flyers, and Saturday versus the Buffalo Sabres, available now to families experiencing economic hardships.

The tickets, purchased by Coca-Cola and Kroger, are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to four tickets per family.    
Tickets are available at the Joe Louis Arena box office, Hockeytown Café, Hockeytown Authentics in Troy and the following Kroger locations:

7000 Monroe – Taylor, Mich. 48180
5111 Highland Rd. – Waterford, Mich. 48327
3200 Carpenter Rd. – Ypsilanti, Mich. 48197

Doors Open One Hour Prior To Puck Drop: Doors to all Red Wings' home games will now open one hour prior to puck drop, as opposed to 90 minutes prior in previous seasons. Don’t miss the action as the Wings take on the Philadelphia Flyers in their first game preseason tonight! Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the puck dropping at 7:30 p.m. at Joe Louis Arena (97.1 The Ticket).
