Red Wings offer new '9' and '19' plans

DETROIT -- the Red Wings have announced two new partial season ticket plans for fans to choose from with the innovative “9-Game Gordie Howe Plan” and “19-Game Steve Yzerman Plan.” The new offerings provide fans flexibility in selecting a plan that fits their individual schedules and budgets and contain special season ticket benefits including preferred pricing below the gate prices.


The “9-Game Gordie Howe Plan” starts at just $315 and allows fans to mix and match their package from four different groups that include an extensive selection of 36 total games. In addition to the preferred pricing, the 9-Game Plan also offers several valuable benefits including: a Gordie Howe #9 book with a coupon for a private autograph signing with Mr. Hockey; 10% savings on merchandise items at Hockeytown Authentics and Joe Louis Arena concession and merchandise stands.

The “19-Game Steve Yzerman Plan” gives fans the choice of two different preset 19-game plans that include a mix of exciting NHL action throughout the season. In addition to the preferred pricing, the 19-Game Plan also contains an abundance of benefits including: a private photo session with the #19 banner that hangs from the Joe Louis Arena rafters; exclusive pre-sale for the 2008-09 season-opening banner raising; first right of refusal to purchase playoff tickets; invitations to special season ticket holder events; and 15% savings on merchandise items at Hockeytown Authentics and Joe Louis Arena concession and merchandise stands.
