The Detroit Red Wings will conclude their preseason schedule on Saturday night when they face the Toronto Maple Leafs at Scotiabank Arena. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m., and will be streamed on DetroitRedWings.com.

In Friday's 4-2 win over the Maple Leafs
, Tyler Bertuzzi scored two goals while Elmer Soderblom and Joe Veleno also found the back of the net for Detroit, which erased a two-goal first-period deficit.
According to Red Wings head coach Derek Lalonde, his players are "still learning how to win."
"This situation I liked," Lalonde said after the game. "We were down 2-0, but we fought through it. And our best period, when the game was on the line, was in the third. It's a good sign and something to build off."

Detroit will look to do just that on Saturday, the final opportunity for players on to make an impression on the front office and coaching staff,
who must reduce the training camp roster to 23 players by Monday's 5 p.m. deadline.
"With all the new coaches and everything, you wanna show off your best hockey," Veleno said. "I think everyone in the room is trying to do that, but I wanna play with an edge and a chip on my shoulder for sure."

When reflecting on the preseason, Veleno said his teammates are bringing out the best in each other.
"I just wanna play hockey, work hard and have fun with the guys," Veleno said. "I think the mood in the locker room is really good. Obviously, a lot of the veteran guys are teaching the younger guys the ropes, so that's always nice and helps your confidence level."
