“Winning a Game 7 gives you positive energy. You take the good things to the next round and we'll do that in Round Two.”
- Damien Brunner

Mikael Samuelsson is out tonight with an undisclosed injury.

Cory Emmerton will return to the lineup after being a healthy scratch.

Emmerton will play on the fourth line with Bertuzzi and Eaves.

(I want) competition level. You have to look at the guy across from you, you have to fight for your piece of the ice, and you have to do it on every shift.
- Mike Babcock on what he's looking for from Emmerton

Drew Miller is inching closer to being healthy after breaking his hand.

Millsie said he was fine yesterday. He has no strength in his hand, in his wrist. I don't know how many days that takes to come back. Obviously he skates and he's smart.
- Mike Babcock

Pavel Datsyuk was nominated for the Selke Trophy this morning as the league's best defensive forward.

"He's been good. He's a real good player. I've had the good fortunate to coach all three of them (finalists). They're good, good men, and they play without the puck and they help you win at the playoffs."
- Mike Babcock

Viktor Stalberg will be a healthy scratch tonight for Chicago.
