Jimmy Howard said he hopes to be out only 1-2 weeks after
tweaking his knee in practice, but will have an MRI tomorrow.

"I don’t think I’m that concerned about it. I don’t think it’s going to
be anything over the top where I’m going to be out a long time."

Jonas Gustavsson will get the start tonight.

Petr Mrazek was recalled from Grand Rapids
and will back up Monster.

Danny DeKeyser skated,
but does not think he'll be ready to play just yet.

"(My shoulder) is starting to feel a lot better; shooting the puck well, starting to take some slap shots and just getting more comfortable... it'll still be a little bit, but hopefully not too much longer."

Darren Helm skated hard after practice today, and called it
a "good day"; he says he's feeling better every day.

Henrik Zetterberg was placed on long-term IR yesterday, and
will be eligible to return on December 28 against the Panthers.

Stephen Weiss is out tonight with a groin injury.
He will have a scan when he gets back to Detroit.
