Event information and parking for the Community Sneak Peek, September 9

Guests urged to arrive promptly, in plenty of time for their scheduled tour time block @NHLdotcom

DETROIT - More than 20,000 people are expected to visit the new state-of-the-art Little Caesars Arena during the free Community Sneak Peek taking place on Saturday, September 9 from 2 p.m.-8 p.m. Guests must have reserved a free ticket for a specific tour time in advance in order to enter the building. The event is sold out.

  • Saturday, September 9
  • Tour Times: 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Each tour will last approximately 60 minutes. Guests are allowed access into the Sneak Peek during their time slot ONLY
  • Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to their time slot
  • There will be NO day-of ticket sales at Little Caesars Arena


  • The Comerica Bank entry (Southeast) will serve as the entrance to the Community Sneak Peek
  • Ticketed guests are permitted to enter Henry Street (South of Little Caesars Arena via Woodward Ave. or Cass Ave.) 45 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time. Guests who arrive after their time slot begins will only receive the time remaining within the 60-minute block.


  • Complimentary parking will be available at the following Olympia Development parking garages and surface lots: Little Caesars Arena Garage, Henry West Garage, 2501 Cass, 2721 Cass and 2955 Cass. Please click here to view the locations of these parking areas.


  • Guest Services: Little Caesars Arena staff members will be on hand to answer any questions you may have
  • Bag Policy: Little Caesars Arena prohibits items such as bags and briefcases larger than 14"x14" by 6" from entering the arena. Diaper bags and medical bags are permitted
  • Camera Policy: Cameras under 80mm are allowed inside Little Caesars Arena. Cameras with lenses that extend past 80mm with detachable lenses over 80mm and video cameras are not permitted inside Little Caesars Arena
  • Concessions: Bottled water and soft drinks will be available for purchase in the Chevrolet Plaza
  • No Smoking Policy: Little Caesars Arena is a smoke-free environment
  • Re-entry Policy: There is NO re-entry into the arena or its perimeter during the event. Therefore, if you leave the arena for any reason, including to smoke, you will not be allowed back inside
