DETROIT – The Red Wings Experience presented by Coke Zero will be a part of this weekend’s Arts, Beats & Eats Festival – an annual event celebrating the quality of life in Oakland County. Taking place in downtown Royal Oak, this year’s Arts, Beats & Eats Festival begins at 11 a.m. this Friday, and concludes at 9 p.m. Monday.

The Red Wings’ mobile entertainment complex will be stationed in the event’s Meijer Kids Zone from 11 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and from 11 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

Members of the Volunteer Energy Red Patrol will be on hand at the Arts, Beats & Eats Festival, distributing various giveaway items to event patrons. A miniature ball hockey rink will also be erected, while enter-to-win raffles will be held for Red Wings tickets, apparel and memorabilia. Visitors will also get the opportunity to test their hockey skills via interactive games such as Top Shot Challenge. The latest edition of EA Sports’ NHL franchise will also be set-up for fans to enjoy, as will several photo-opportunity-friendly cutouts.
