Goal milestone was reached November 7, 2009 in a 2-1 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.


Received a Wings season high in penalty minutes January 9, 2010 a game that he also scored a goal paving the way to a 4-1 decision against the San Jose Sharks.
 
Games missed due to injury with a groin injury 3/27 - 4/3 only missing two games do to the Olympic break in which the Wings were .500.
 

Career multi-point games on April 11, 2010, the Red Wing's season finale, against the Chicago Blackhawks. Chipped in with a pair of assists in the Wings' 3-2 comback victory.
 
Points he finished with in the final four games of the regular-season, helping the Red Wings gain the No. 5 seed in the Western Conference playoff standings.
 

Points away from Joe Louis Arena last season as opposed to only 13 at home. Cleary had two or more points at six different arenas, accounting for as many points as he had at JLA.
