The Red Wings continue their Florida road trip tonight as they square off with the Tampa Bay Lightning for first place in the Atlantic Division. Detroit is coming off their sixth straight victory after defeating the Panthers 5-4 Tuesday night. Injured goaltenders Jimmy Howard and Jonas Gustavsson were on the ice Wednesday along with Detroit's two active goalies, Petr Mrazek and Tom McCollum. Tomas Jurco, who hasn't played since Jan. 6, skated on the fourth line with Joakim Andersson and Drew Miller. Coach Mike Babcock said Jurco will play Thursday. The Red Wings expressed wariness going up against Stamkos and the Lightning. "They're a deep team, good goaltending," forward Henrik Zetterberg told the Tampa Bay Times. "Obviously Stamkos is probably the best sniper in the league. That helps."

On November 9th at The Joe, Ryan Callahan assisted on two goals by Steven Stamkos in regulation and scored the only goal of the shootout when the Tampa Bay Lightning won their first game this season against the Red Wings. Detroit will look to make it seven in a row tonight; with Pter Mrazek remaining as the starter.
