The recent Hartford Wolf Pack hockey hiatus comes to an end this Tuesday, May 18 when the Pack open the American Hockey League Eastern Conference Finals on the road against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. Although Hartford won the regular season conference title, building scheduling has forced the team to start on the road and go to a 2-3-1-1 series format.
Games One and Two will be played in Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday, May 18 and Thursday, May 20. The Wolf Pack move back to their den, the Hartford Civic Center, for the next three games, Saturday, May 22, Sunday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 25 (if necessary). Game Six, if needed, would be played in Wilkes-Barre on Friday, May 28, with the seventh and deciding match played in Hartford Saturday, May 29, if necessary. All games will start at 7:00 PM ET, with the exception of the Sunday, May 23 tilt, which is a 6:00 PM ET start.
