Wolf Pack Open Training Camp Friday, September 15th

Hartford Wolf Pack General Manager Al Coates announced today that the team will begin training camp for its fourth American Hockey League season on Friday, September 15, at Champions Skating Center in Cromwell, Conn.

Coming off their exciting Calder Cup championship in 2000, the Wolf Pack will open camp with a practice on Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The team will skate on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 12:00-1:20, and again on Monday from 10:30-12:30. Each of the first four practices will be open to the public at Champions Skating Center. The remainder of the camp schedule will be announced at a later date.

The Wolf Pack’s 40-game home schedule begins on Saturday, October 7, when they take on the arch-rival Providence Bruins. A banner-raising ceremony prior to the game will commemorate the Wolf Pack’s 2000 Calder Cup championship. Tickets for the entire 2000-01 regular season are on sale now at the Hartford Civic Center box office.
