2004-05 Hartford Wolf Pack Schedule >>

The Eastern Conference champion Hartford Wolf Pack will open the 2004-2005 American Hockey League season on Saturday, October 16 against the Philadelphia Phantoms. The team released its schedule today, along with season ticket pricing that sees more than 80% of seats reduced in price.

"This is a game for families," said Marty Brooks, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Madison Square Garden - Connecticut. "We want to ensure that everyone in Connecticut has the opportunity to enjoy Wolf Pack hockey and the entertainment that goes with it. Taking your family to a hockey game now is comparable to going to the movies for the night." The Pack also increased the age limit for youth priced tickets from 12 to 16 years of age.

The Pack will have one extended home stand from November 1 through November 13, playing six games in a row at the Civic Center. Their longest stint away from the den is January 23 to February 10, when the 36th annual CMTA Hartford Boat Show is in town. The team will also travel to Houston, San Antonio and Utah between March 3 and March 9, while the Big East Championships are being held. The team will play one Monday matinee game on November 1 versus Houston, nine Wednesday contests, 10 Friday matches, 14 Saturday and six Sunday games.

"One of the more challenging months in the schedule is December," said Wolf Pack General Manager Jim Schoenfeld. "We play 11 games in 17 days, between December 3 and December 19. It will be a good test of our players' individual endurance and our team's overall strength."

Season tickets are on sale now for as little as $456 for an adult or $228 for youths. This season, the Civic Center has been divided into four pricing sections. Full season packages on the blue lines have decreased from $700 to $596.

In addition, the Wolf Pack have added a luxury row called the "Wolf Den", which is the first row of seats on the glass. Season ticket holders in this section receive not only their tickets, but also a replica game jersey, the use of a skybox suite for a game, game statistics delivered to their seats and a discount at the Wolf Pack store.
