Dynamic Training: Players worked on their agility and speed during this training session. Players got to run full sprints with parachutes attached for resistance. Players also went through different variations of ladder drills such as one step, two step, in and out, etc.

Classroom Presented by Kumon: Players got a chance to review everything that went over the classroom this week by playing team trivia. Topics covered in this week’s classroom were food groups, healthy diet, hydration, sleep, exercise and overall health.
