Rangers to Host Casino Night for Child Abuse Prevention
/ New York Rangers
The New York Rangers and their wives will host “An Evening with the New York Rangers” at the Club Terrace of Madison Square Garden on Monday, February 28. This exciting “Casino Extravaganza”, which will benefit The Exchange Club Child Abuse Prevention Center of New York, is slated to begin at 6:00 PM. The Rangers, along with their wives, have been active partners with the Center in halting the spread of child abuse and neglect in Westchester County for more than 15 years.
Rangers team members and their wives will host an entertaining evening, featuring games of chance, a live sports memorabilia auction, special “mystery bag” prizes and raffles. A buffet-style dinner will greet all guests in the fundraising affair. Cocktail attire is suggested for the evening.
For more information or tickets, please contact the Rangers Public Relations office at (212) 465-6486 or Exchange Club Child Abuse Prevention Center of New York at (914) 997-2642.
The Exchange Club Child Abuse Prevention Center was established in 1982 by local Exchange Clubs as part of an effort by the National Exchange Club to combat the critical problem of abuse and neglect that affects more than 3 million children in America. In Westchester County, which is served by the center, more than 4,000 reports of child abuse were received last year.
