Rangers prospect Sergey Zborovskiy and Team Russia advanced to the semifinals of the 2017 World Junior Championship tournament Monday with a 4-0 win over Denmark.

The 2015 third round pick was a plus-1 in 15:10 of ice time and has one assist through five games.

Russia faces Team USA Wednesday afternoon, with the winner advancing to the Gold Medal game.

Goaltender Adam Huska made 42 saves for Slovakia in an 8-3 loss to Sweden in the quarterfinals, thus ending his tournament. Huska finished the tournament 1-2 with a .873 SV% and a 5.00 GAA. He faced 118 in three games, or just under 40 per contest.

Ty Ronning scored a goal and added another in the shootout in Vancouver's 5-4 shootout win over Calgary Monday night in the Western Hockey League.

The 2016 seventh round pick has 14 goals and 16 assists for 30 points in 35 games this season for the Giants, and has goals in four of his last five games.
