Goaltender Tyler Wallmade 22 saves in UMass Lowell's 3-1 win over Boston College Friday night, which secured the No. 5 River Hawks a first-round bye and home ice advantage for the best of three quarterfinal series.
The win was Wall's 21st victory of the season, which set a new school record for most wins by a rookie goaltender, passing Connor Hellebuyck's 20.

Wall is 21-8-1 with a 2.11 GAA and a .917 SV% with one shutout this season.
Forward Tim Gettinger scored a goal in Sault Ste. Marie's 6-5 win over Sarnia Friday night in the Ontario Hockey League. The goal was Gettinger's 27th of the season, which raised his career-high. The 2016 fifth round pick has 44 points in 52 games this season for the Greyhounds.

Goaltender Adam Huska made 41 saves in a 5-3 win for UConn over New Hampshire in Hockey East Friday. Huska is 7-7-4 with a 2.74 GAA and a .921 SV% with one shutout in his first season with the school.
