Rangers GM Jeff Gorton Named to the Advisory Group for US National Team

New York Rangers General Manager Jeff Gorton has been named to the U.S. Men's National Team Advisory Group, USA Hockey announced today.

Gorton joins a collection of NHL general managers that includes Stan Bowman (Chicago Blackhawks), David Poile (Nashville Predators), Ray Shero (New Jersey Devils) and Dale Tallon (Florida Panthers). In this new role, he will support Bill Zito, who has been named General Manager of the 2018 U.S. Men's National Team, in the player selection process.
