The Charlotte Checkers, the Rangers' East Coast Hockey League affiliate, defeated the Gwinnett Gladiators 6-3 on the road on Tuesday night. Rangers prospects once again played a big role in the victory. Bruce Graham had a pair of goals for Charlotte, including the game-winner. He tallied his 10th goal of the season to give the Checkers a 4-1 lead at 16:56 of the second period and picked up goal No. 11 with 4:49 remaining to stretch the lead to 6-2. Goaltender Chris Holt, the No. 3 star, was outstanding in net with 33 saves for the Checkers, and he also picked up the primary assist on his team's second goal. The Checkers are now 9-4-0 and tied with Florida for first place in the American Conference's South Division. For more information, visit the Checkers' official site.

In addition, 10 Rangers prospects competed in regular-season games in the QMJHL, OHL, WHL, NCAA and Europe on Tuesday. Here is a summary of their performances:

Cliche had a big night, erupting for two first-period goals to earn No. 1 star honors. He scored the QMJHL All-Stars' first goal at 9:12 of the opening period, tying the score at 1-1, and later scored on a power play at 15:45 of the first to make it 2-2.

Marek had yet another two-goal night for Magnitogorsk. His shorthanded tally at 2:04 of the opening period gave his team a 2-0 lead, and his 5-on-3 power-play goal at 4:47 of the third gave his team a commanding 4-1 lead. He was also called for one minor penalty. With 16 goals, Marek is in second place in the entire Superleague, only three goals off the pace set by former NHL player Alexei Morozov. His 29 points rank him third overall in the top Russian league, five points behind Morozov.

Zeliska picked up a pair of assists in the third period, drawing the Raiders into a tie and forcing the overtime. He had the second assist on Jeff May's power-play goal at 3:37 of the third, cutting Portland's lead to 3-2. He later had the second assist on May's even-strength goal with 52 seconds remaining in regulation. Zeliska also took two minor penalties in the game. He was the first Prince Albert shooter in the shootout, but did not score against Portland goalie Kurtis Mucha.

Prince George's captain continued his high-scoring pace, notching his 10th goal of the season to give the Cougars a 2-0 lead at 9:53 of the third period. He finished the game with a plus-1 rating.
