Two Rangers prospects competed in regular-season games in the OHL on Thursday. Here is a summary of their performances:

Despite Owen Sound's loss, it was a big night for Sanguinetti, the Rangers' 2006 first-round draft pick, who had three points and a plus-1 rating in the game. He began his scoring outburst with the first assist on Scott Tregunna's goal at 1:13 of the second period, pulling the Attack into a 1-1 tie. He followed that up with his 18th goal of the season on a power play at 8:03 of the second, tying the game at 2-2. His third point came on the primary assist on Anton Hedman's power play goal just 33 seconds later.

Flatt did not score any points and took two minor penalties in his team's overtime loss.
