Rangers forwards Petr Nedved, Jan Hlavac and Radek Dvorak, "The Czech Line," participated in a live, bi-lingual chat session hosted at
http://www.newyorkrangers.com/fanzone/rangers_chat.asp yesterday afternoon. The interactive session featured the players fielding questions in both English and Czech, helping to generate the largest audience for a NHL chat to date with 636 logins. 14% of the users were from the Czech Republic. More than 100 participants remained on-line for one-half hour after the chat ended. This marks the first time that a Rangers player chat has been coordinated between the franchise’s web site and foreign correspondent agencies.

Entering tonight’s game vs. Buffalo, the trio has combined for 77 points (35 goals, 42 assists) in 26 games since first taking to the ice together on January 5 in Toronto. Nedved, who hails from Liberec, Czech Republic has led the line with 15 goals and 16 assists for 31 points over the span, while Dvorak and Hlavac, both natives of Prague, Czech Republic have chipped in 24 and 22 points, respectively.
