Keane, the team's third round pick in June's NHL Entry Draft, finished the event with two assists in five contests, and was used on his squad's top defensive pairing against Finland on Saturday.
First round pick K'Andre Miller was selected by Team USA to take part in the event, but the defenseman was unable to attend due to an illness.
Fellow first round pick Nils Lundkvist took part in the event for Sweden. He had a power play assist Saturday against Finland, which Sweden won, 5-3.
Prospects Vitali Kravtsov, Igor Shesterkin and Yegor Rykov are representing Russia at the Sochi Hockey Open, which runs until Wednesday. Neither skater has recorded a point through two games.
