Prospect Update: Andersson Represents Sweden vs. Denmark

After a short stint in New York to close the season, forward Lias Andersson was back across the pond representing Team Sweden in a match against Denark on Thursday when he posted an assist in a World Championship exhibition game.

Andersson's assist came in the second period on a goal by Adam Almqvist. Andersson is also expected to dress against Denmark on Saturday. He captained Sweden's junior team to a Silver Medal at the 2018 World Junior Championships.
Defenseman Sean Day registered his third goal of the postseason as the Kingston Frontenacs dominated the Barrie Colts 7-1 in Game 5 of their second-round series in the Ontario Hockey League, which Kingston leads 3-2.
The 2016 third-round pick has three goals and six assists for nine points in 10 games thus far in the playoffs.
