TODAY'S GAME

Ryan Strome tallied two goals, Artemi Panarin notched three assists, and Igor Shesterkin made 31 saves in the contest. He became the first Ranger to register at least 16 shot attempts in a game since Rick Nash on Feb. 28, 2013 vs. Tampa Bay. Panarin leads the Rangers in goals (five), assists (11), and points (16) this season and he has recorded a point on 16 of the team's 35 goals in regulation or overtime in 2020-21 (45.7%). He has notched a point in 39 of the team's 42 wins since the start of last season, including each of the team's five wins in 2020-21.
WHAT THE FOX SAYS
Adam Fox logged a single-game career-high 30:17 of ice time on Feb. 18 at Philadelphia. He became the first Ranger to log at least 30:00 of ice time in a game since Ryan McDonagh on Oct. 15, 2016 at St. Louis and the first Ranger to log at least 30:17 of ice time in a game since Dan Girardi on Nov. 5, 2014 vs. Detroit. Fox has logged at least 24:52 of ice time in each of the last nine games and in 12 of the last 13 games, and he has led the Rangers in ice time in each of the last six games and in 11 of the last 13 contests. He ranks eighth in the NHL in average ice time this season (25:18).
COLIN CARD
Colin Blackwell has registered a goal/point in each of the last two games (two goals), and he has tallied a point in five of his seven games with the Rangers (three goals, two assists). He has also notched 10 points (four goals, six assists) in his last 13 NHL games.
