THE MATCHUP
The Rangers play their 18th game of the 2018-19 season Monday, Nov. 12, against the Vancouver Canucks at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m. ET - TV: MSG Network, Radio: ESPN 98.7 FM). The Blueshirts enter the contest with a season-high six-game point streak (5-0-1 record over the span). The Rangers have also earned at least one point in nine of the last 12 games (7-3-2 record) and in 10 of the last 14 games (8-4-2 record). Beginning with Monday's game, four of the Rangers' next five games will take place at MSG, and all of the five contests will take place in New York.
SALUTE TO OUR TROOPS
The Rangers organization will host Salute to Our Troops Night presented by Budweiser on Monday. The Rangers will pay tribute to the military in several ways as part of this special evening. Rangers players will wear camouflage jerseys and use camouflage tape on their sticks during warmups. The jerseys and sticks used in warmups will be autographed by players and available for purchase via Steiner Sports to benefit Wounded Warrior Project, which is a charitable partner of the Garden of Dreams Foundation. The jerseys and sticks, along with additional autographed items, will be available for purchase beginning on Tuesday, November 13 at 9:00 a.m. All Rangers players will also wear a U.S. Flag decal on their helmet during Monday's game.

GOALS GALORE
The Rangers tied a single-game season-high with five goals in tonight's contest. Including team goals awarded for a shootout win, the Blueshirts have registered three or more goals in six of the last seven games, in nine of the last 12 games, and in 11 of the last 15 contests.
YOUTH SERVED
All of the Rangers' 12 forwards who played on Nov. 9 at Detroit are 27 years old or younger. According to NHL Public Relations, the Rangers' lineup on Nov. 9 at Detroit was the second in franchise history that included 12 forwards who were all 27 years old or younger (for nine games during the 1955-56 season, the Rangers dressed the same 12 forwards who were all 27 years old or younger). In addition, the Rangers had three players 20 years old or younger who played on Nov. 9 at Detroit (Lias Andersson, Filip Chytil, and Brett Howden). The Blueshirts had three forwards 20 years old or younger who played in the same regular season game for the first time since Oct. 13, 1990 at Washington (Tie Domi, Troy Mallette, and Steven Rice).
PRIME NINE
The Rangers are one of two NHL teams that have two players in either their first or second season in the NHL who have recorded at least nine points this season (Howden and Pionk). Pionk leads all NHL defensemen who are either in their first or second season in the NHL in points in 2018-19.
CLOSE CALL
Each of the Rangers' last two games, nine of the Rangers' last 14 games, and 10 of the team's 17 games this season, have been decided by one goal. New York has posted a 5-3-2 record in one-goal games thus far this season. In addition, 13 of the Blueshirts' 17 games this season, including each of the team's last seven games, have been decided by two or fewer goals.

Neal Pionk has tallied a goal/point in three of the last four games (three goals). He has also registered nine points (three goals, six assists) over the last 11 games, and he has led the Rangers in ice time in 10 of those 11 contests.
HEY HEY HAYES
Kevin Hayes enters the contest with a three-game assist/point streak, and he has registered six assists/points in the three games. Hayes has also recorded a point in five of the last six games and has tallied eight points (one goal, seven assists) over the span. REMEMBERING 1993-94
The Rangers defeated the Vancouver Canucks, four games to three, in the 1994 Stanley Cup Finals to win their fourth Stanley Cup in franchise history. Brian Leetch tied a franchise record for points in a playoff series with 11 (five goals, six assists), and he tied a Stanley Cup Finals record for goals by a defenseman.
RANGERS VS. CANUCKS - 1993-94
The Rangers posted a 2-0-0 record in two regular season games against Vancouver in 1993-94 and outscored the Canucks, 11-5, in the two contests. Brian Leetch led the Rangers with three goals and five points in the season series, while Mark Messier led the Blueshirts with four assists in two games. Steve Larmer recorded his first goal/point as a Ranger while making his debut with the Blueshirts on November 3, 1993 vs. Vancouver at MSG.
