The Rangers will conclude a two-game west coast road trip when they face-off against the San Jose Sharks tonight at HP Pavilion at San Jose (10:30 p.m. EST). The Blueshirts currently rank third in the Atlantic Division standings, and eighth in the Eastern Conference, with a record of 35-30-4 (74 pts). The Rangers enter tonight's contest having been defeated by the Anaheim Ducks, 5-2, on Wednesday at Honda Center, and are now 3-1-0 in their last four road games. The Sharks enter the contest with a 39-22-7 (85 pts) record to rank third in the Western Conference, and have lost two of their last three games (1-1-1).
