Today's Game
The Rangers will begin their 18th and final back-to-back set when they face-off against the Philadelphia Flyers today at Wells Fargo Center (12:30 p.m.), in the final road game of their 2010-11 regular season schedule. The Blueshirts currently rank third in the Atlantic Division standings, and eighth in the Eastern Conference, with a record of 41-32-5 (87 pts). The Rangers enter today's contest having been defeated by the New York Islanders, 6-2, on Thursday at Nassau Coliseum, and are now 8-3-1 in their last 12 contests. The Flyers enter the contest with a 46-22-10 (102 pts) record to rank first in the Eastern Conference, and have lost three of their last four games. Following today's contest, the Rangers will face-off against the Boston Bruins in an Original Six match-up on Monday, Apr. 4, at Madison Square Garden (7:30 p.m.), to close out their back-to-back set.
