Today’s Game
The Rangers face-off against the Boston Bruins today at TD Garden (1:00 p.m.), in their second meeting in six days. The Blueshirts currently rank third in the Atlantic Division standings, and seventh in the Eastern Conference, with a record of 21-17-6 (48 pts.).  The Rangers enter today's contest having been defeated by the Atlanta Thrashers, 2-1, in the shootout on Thursday at Philips Arena, and have now recorded a point in 10 of their last 11 contests (7-1-3).  The Bruins enter the contest with a 22-14-7 (51 pts.) record, and rank fifth in the Eastern Conference.  Following today's game, the Rangers will face-off against the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday, Jan. 12, at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m.), in a matchup between Atlantic Division rivals.
