The New York Rangers and The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. have teamed up to help feed the people of Haiti following the devastating effects of the recent earthquake. More than 9 million people have been affected by the earthquake, which hit Haiti on Jan. 12.
Rangers fans attending the game on Saturday, Feb. 6, vs. New Jersey are encouraged to bring nonperishable canned food items to The Garden for drop-off. Collection bins will be set up in the mall area outside The Garden box office and on the terrace outside the Club Bar & Grill and Play-by-Play Restaurant.
All canned food donated by fans will be packaged and sent to Haiti by Hain Celestial along with other products the company will be donating.
Please be aware that only nonperishable food items that come in unbreakable containers can be accepted. No glass packaged items will be accepted.
