In addition, the Rangers will be granting a "Make-A-Dream Come True" experience for 11-year-old Bryce Rogerson from New York Presbyterian and Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley. At birth, Bryce was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and underwent three open heart surgeries while awaiting a new heart. On January 14th, 2014, Bryce finally got the call that he would be receiving a new heart. During his time in the hospital, Bryce developed a love for the New York Rangers, and as he entered surgery he clung onto his Henrik Lundqvist jersey for good luck. Although Bryce's surgery was successful, he is still unable to play sports, so he continues to remain involved by managing his school's football team and supporting the Rangers with his brother and sister. On our annual Garden of Dreams Night, Bryce will have an opportunity to be an honorary Rangers Coach for a day. Follow us on social media for updates on Bryce's dream experience, which will also include dropping the ceremonial first puck.

Paul Deandre Manning (National Anthem & Honorary Musician)

The Rangers also invited Paul Deandre Manning from the Garden of Dreams Foundation partner, Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, to perform the National Anthem. Paul has had a devoted passion to music since he was a child, and he even made his first guitar out of paper and tape. With role models like Jimi Hendrix and Dimebag Darrell, music has had an important role in Paul's life. It has allowed him to overcome many obstacles, and he hopes that one day his talent will give him the opportunity to buy his family a house. Be sure to follow us on social media to see Paul play the National Anthem at center ice.
