About the Garden of Dreams Foundation
The Garden of Dreams Foundation is a non-profit charity that works with all areas of Madison Square Garden “to make dreams come true for kids in crisis”, which includes children facing enormous obstacles, such as illness, abuse, foster situations, homelessness, hunger, extreme poverty. In the two years since its inception, Garden of Dreams has worked tirelessly to fulfill its mission by creating unique and unforgettable events and activities -often involving unprecedented access to Madison Square Garden celebrities, events and venues – that have brightened the lives of thousands and thousands of special children and their families.

Through its association with the Garden of Dreams Foundation, MSG Networks’ employees and announcers help raise awareness for children’s organizations by visiting community centers and hospitals, hosting events and fundraisers, and providing extensive on-air coverage of the unforgettable experiences provided by the Foundation.  In addition, MSG has embarked on an educational program with Garden of Dreams called “MSG Classroom” to teach high school students about the inner workings of a television network.  Through a series of classes students receive hand-on instruction from MSG staff, guiding them through all the elements of TV production in front of and behind the camera.
