Game Notes: Rangers at Florida Panthers

Tonight's Game

The Rangers face-off against the Florida Panthers tonight at the BankAtlantic Center (7:30 p.m.), in the first game of a home-and-home set. The Blueshirts currently sit atop the Atlantic Division standings with a record of 16-7-2, and rank first in the Eastern Conference with 34 points. The Rangers enter tonight's contest having defeated the Lightning, 3-2, in a shootout on Wednesday at the St. Pete Times Forum, and have won five of their last seven games. Following tonight's match, the Rangers will return home to face-off against the Panthers on Sunday, November 30, at Madison Square Garden (1:00 p.m.), in the second game of their home-and-home set. The Panthers, 8-11-2, currently rank 15th in the Eastern Conference standings with 18 points, and have lost four of their last six games (2-3-1).
