Tonight's Game

The Rangers face-off against the Columbus Blue Jackets tonight at Nationwide Arena (7:00 p.m.) in the first game of a back-to-back set. The Blueshirts currently sit atop the Atlantic Division standings with a record of 6-2-1, and rank second in the Eastern Conference with 13 points. The Rangers enter tonight's contest having been defeated by the Stars, 2-1, on Monday at Madison Square Garden, and are 1-2-1 in their last four contests after starting the season 5-0-0. Following tonight's match, the Rangers will return home to host the Pittsburgh Penguins, tomorrow, October 25, at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m.) in the second game of a back-to-back set. The Blue Jackets, 3-3-0, currently rank 10th in the Western Conference standings with six points, and have won two of their last three games.
