Game Notes: Rangers at Anaheim Ducks

Tonight's Game

The Rangers face-off against the Anaheim Ducks tonight at the Honda Center (10:00 p.m. EST), in the first game of a three-game, West Coast road trip. The Blueshirts currently sit atop the Atlantic Division standings with a record of 20-11-2, and rank second in the Eastern Conference with 42 points. The Rangers enter tonight's contest having defeated the Hurricanes, 3-2, in a shootout on Saturday at Madison Square Garden, and have won two of their last three games. Following tonight's contest, the Rangers will travel to Los Angeles to face-off against the Kings, tomorrow, December 17, at the Staples Center (10:30 p.m. EST). The Ducks, 17-11-3, currently rank fifth in the Western Conference standings with 37 points, and have won three of their last four games.
