Dvorak Suffers Grade 1 Knee Sprain

Rangers right winger Radek Dvorak suffered a Grade 1 sprain of his left MCL on October 25 vs. Los Angeles and will be sidelined for seven to 10 days. Dvorak has been placed on the injured reserve list.

Dvorak, 25, has collected one assist in nine games this season. The Tabor, Czech Republic native spent the entire off-season rehabilitating from season-ending surgery to repair a torn ACL and sprained MCL in his right knee suffered on March 13, 2002 vs. Boston.

The 10th overall choice in the 1995 NHL Entry Draft has tallied 128 goals and 172 assists for 300 points in 538 career NHL games with Florida and New York.
