On Wednesday, March 21st at 3:30PM, Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton, hosts of WFAN’s “Boomer & Carton” show on MSG Network, will lace up their skates and hit the ice at Madison Square Garden, as they host the second annual “Garden of Dreams Boomer and Carton Shootout” to benefit the Garden of Dreams Foundation.

Beginning today, fans can get into the action by logging on to to set up a fundraising page for the shootout. The four participants whose fundraising pages raise the most for Garden of Dreams by March 16th, will become official members of Team Boomer and will join him on the ice on March 21st. During the shootout, one point will be tallied for either a goal scored or a save and the team with most points at end of shootout wins.

All four finalists will receive a photo on center ice with Boomer and Carton and will be invited to a post event reception with New York Rangers alumni.

The shootout will take place during the intermission for the final game of the Rangers “Skate to the Garden” adult hockey tournament, which provides the opportunity for the best amateur players in the area to skate alongside Blueshirt greats. This year’s alumni participants include Adam Graves, Dave Maloney, Brian Mullen, Ron Greschner, Nick Fotiu, Pete Stemkowski and Rod Gilbert.
