  • Chris Kreider netted his 20th goal of the season, in his 700th career game, and reached the 20-goal mark for the eighth time in his career. He is one of six players in Rangers history with at least eight 20-goal seasons: Rod Gilbert (12x), Jean Ratelle (9x), Adam Graves (8x), Andy Bathgate (8x) and Camille Henry (8x). Kreider's goal stood up as the game- winning tally, the 37th of his career and tied with Brian Leetch for the sixth most in team history.
    - Vincent Trocheck registered his 12th multi-point game of the season with his 14th goal of the year and an assist. His 12 multi-point games are tied for the team-high.
    - Jaroslav Halak earned his fifth-straight victory and has wins in six of his last seven appearances. Halak has allowed one goal in his last three games.
    - Filip Chytilextended his goal streak to three games (4G) and has 12 points in his last 11 games (8G-4A). Chytil's 16 goals and 29 points are a career-high.
    - Braden Schneider recorded his first multi-point game of the season and third of his career.
